What is Clientilo?

Clientilo is a direct sourcing and contract management platform created for staffing agencies. It helps agencies connect with verified employers across healthcare, IT, education, logistics, finance, skilled trades, and more — while providing expert support at every step.

Is Clientilo only for healthcare staffing?

No. Clientilo supports all staffing sectors including healthcare, tech, trades, finance, customer service, and education.

What is a job order?

A job order is a formal staffing request from a verified employer. It includes job details such as title, pay range, location, conditions, and contact information. Clientilo delivers job orders directly to agencies that match the need.

What makes Clientilo different from job boards?

Unlike job boards, Clientilo provides real-time job orders, dedicated contract support, proposal guidance, invoicing tools, and smart alerts — all focused on helping your agency secure and fulfill direct contracts.

How do I get started with Clientilo?

To begin, your agency must:

  • Complete your agency profile (industry, services, licensing, etc.)
  • Review and sign the Clientilo service agreement
  • Subscribe to a membership plan or trial Once enrolled, you'll be assigned a Dedicated Contract Manager to guide your onboarding.

How long before I see job leads?

Most agencies receive qualified job orders within 72 hours of completing their profile and subscription setup.

What does it cost to use Clientilo?

We offer a 60-day trial for $120. Full plans start at $430/month. Enterprise and custom pricing are available for agencies operating in multiple states.

Are there hidden fees?

No. All fees are disclosed during enrollment or stated within the job order agreement. Late payments may incur a $100 fee and interest.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You may cancel anytime with written notice. Membership fees are non-refundable. Any outstanding balances must be paid within 5 business days.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or change plans by contacting a Membership Advisor. Written confirmation is required.

What is a Dedicated Contract Manager?

A Dedicated Contract Manager is your agency's assigned representative who:

  • Promotes your agency to employers
  • Helps write proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Tracks communications and job order progress
  • Supports contract negotiation and renewals

Do you help with proposals?

Yes. We provide proposal templates and editing assistance to help your agency win more contracts.

Can I invoice clients through the platform?

Yes. Clientilo supports professional invoice generation and secure payment tracking to help you manage your cash flow.

What industries does Clientilo support?

Clientilo works with agencies in:

What licenses are required?

Agencies must maintain valid business and staffing licenses for each state they operate in. Clientilo does not provide licensing services.

What insurance coverage is needed?

Staffing agencies are required to maintain the following insurance coverage to operate compliantly and protect their business interests:

General Liability Insurance – Covers claims of bodily injury, property damage, and other common risks.

  • Professional Liability Insurance – Also known as Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance; protects against claims of negligence or failure to perform professional duties.
  • Workers' Compensation Insurance – Required in most states if your agency has employees; provides coverage for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Additional Insurance or Bonds – Some states may require specific surety bonds or additional coverage depending on the type of staffing services provided.

What happens if my license expires?

You must notify Clientilo within 7 business days of any suspension, expiration, or revocation

What happens if I miss a payment?

Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.

How is client information handled?

All data shared by Clientilo is confidential and must be used solely for responding to job orders. It may not be sold, resold, or reused.

Can I share job orders with others?

No. Job orders are exclusive to the registered agency and may not be shared with affiliates, subsidiaries, or third parties.

Is platform access guaranteed 24/7?

We strive for 99% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

What happens if the platform goes down?

While Clientilo is built for reliability, unexpected outages can occur. In such cases, our team works diligently to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

Clientilo is not liable for losses or missed opportunities due to system interruptions. However, we have a contingency plan in place to support your business during these events:

  • Priority Email Lead Delivery: During any major outage, qualified leads will be sent directly to your registered agency email.
  • Dedicated Support Contact: Our support team will provide real-time updates and alternative instructions via email or text.
  • Status Notifications: Outage updates and expected resolution timelines will be sent to all users.
